ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys

ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys occur when there is a transfer of ownership in commercial property or it is being refinanced. Title Companies and Lenders often require an ALTA survey of the property to be completed to identify any title issues that may or may not exist. Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are established by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). Within the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements, Optional Survey Responsibilities and Specifications may be included in the survey by filling out a Table A form.
