 ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are extensive boundary surveys prepared with specific requirements as set forth by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS) 

Boundary Surveys involve the laying out of  property lines on the ground as they are described in Deed Documents. Extensive research is required to ensure there are no conflicts with adjoining properties

Topographic Surveys show the existing improvements, elevations (contours) and boundary lines of a subject property. These surveys are often used as a base map for engineers/architects in the design process.

Partition Plats and Subdivisions are boundary surveys that create multiple legal lots or parcels from one or more pieces of land. State Statutes and Local Jurisdictions both set forth rules to control the process of land division.

Elevation Certificates and LOMA's are regulated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and are utilized by insurance companies to determine the proper rate for flood insurance.

Construction Surveying involves the laying out of design features to be built on a project site. Reference points are set to define both the horizontal and vertical location of each feature to be constructed.
